Shannon Foynes Port inks pact with Norwegian Offshore Wind

Shannon Foynes Port Company has made a step forward in turning the Shannon Estuary into an international floating offshore wind hub. The port company has signed a memorandum of understanding with Norwegian Offshore Wind.
