Osprey opens a seventh location in Stockton-on-Tees

The British Osprey group is opening a new facility in Stockton-on-Tees, a town in Durham county, in the north of the United-Kingdom. This ‘local hub’ is Osprey’s seventh location and will serve as a centre for efficiency-focussed, specialist logistics supporting, infrastructure developments.

The British specialist logistics provider has experienced steady growth over the past 25 years, and the last five years in particular have seen increased demand for their services. The group has therefore announced a sixth UK location, which is the company’s seventh when one takes into account their European office in Rotterdam.

The choice of Stockton-on-Tees follows increasing demand for efficiency-focussed specialist logistics, to support infrastructure projects in the North of England. In addition, the location also reflects their commitment to the energy transition and supporting the ambitions of Net Zero Teesside, a collection of industrial, power and hydrogen businesses located in Stockton-on-Tees, which aim to decarbonize their operations.
