Chapman Freeborn, an air charter specialist and a part of the Avia Solutions Group, has recently named Leo Teplitskiy as the Director of Key Cargo Accounts for the Americas. This appointment is effective immediately. With this appointment, the air charter operator is investing in its team and leadership to further advance its ambitious expansion plans for 2024 and beyond.

As Director of Key Accounts, Cargo for the Americas, Teplitskiy will oversee all account operations of Chapman Freeborn’s dedicated air cargo specialist team to further expand the company’s client and supplier base across the region, including the development of new business and fiscal growth strategies in key markets, providing clients with highly competitive custom air cargo solutions to meet their unique air cargo needs on time, and within budget.

With over two decades of experience in the global aviation industry, Teplitskiy brings an exceptionally comprehensive knowledge of cargo logistics and operations to Chapman Freeborn in his new role.

Based out of Houston, Texas, Teplitskiy joins Chapman Freeborn from DHL following a seven-year-long tenure as manager of air product capacity, pricing, and charter operations for its US industrial project division. Previously, Teplitskiy held several other senior managerial positions at DHL including business strategy and development across sales, import and export logistics, schedule development, and ground operations after starting his career at Lufthansa.
