Peak Group and The CSL Group have established their new collaborative logistics venture, Peak CSL Group, subsequent to CSL’s acquisition of 50 per cent of Peak.

This strategic partnership marks the consolidation of Peak and CSL’s short sea shipping operations across Northern Europe, capitalizing on their combined expertise, resources, and capabilities within the coastal and offshore shipping sectors. The alliance is geared towards delivering comprehensive marine logistics solutions customized to cater to the varied requirements of industrial clients throughout Europe.

Operating under the banner of Peak CSL Group, the company is well-positioned to offer an expanded range of services, with a particular focus on serving the rapidly expanding offshore renewable energy sector. This includes providing support for rock and ballast logistics for offshore wind farms, turnkey material transfer solutions, and a fleet of project carriers featuring low-to-zero emission vessels, all supported by in-house engineering capabilities.
