Qingdao Ocean Spon transports tower

Qingdao Ocean Spon International Logistics, a member of the Project Logistics Alliance (PLA), has handled the transportation of a tower from northern China, to the Port of Shanghai, on the country’s East coast.

The tower weighed 21,5 tons, measuring 18.8 metres in length and 4.6 metres in width. The heavy lift cargo was transported via road. Indeed, it was lifted with a crane onto the back of a truck trailer.

Ocean Spon International Logistics is also affiliated to the Norwegian Tschudi international logistics group, founded in 1883, and headquartered in Oslo, Norway. In addition to being PLA members, Ocean Spon is also a member of XLP international project cargo alliance, and has offices in Tianjin and Shanghai.
