Rotterdam Offshore Group (ROG) has charted an independent future after reacquiring a controlling 75 per cent stake previously held by shipbuilder Royal IHC. The move marks an important development for ROG, which comprises two divisions focused on general ship repair and offshore wind (de)mobilisation projects.
