Erhardt and Erog form Saudi Arabian project cargo JV

Erhardt Projects and Erog Holding have created a project cargo logistics joint venture focusing on the Saudi Arabian market, named Erhardt Projects for Logistic Services. The move comes as a response to the heavy and/or oversized cargo transportation needs of its customers and partners in the Saudi Arabian market.

The new company, based in Al Khobar, one of the main logistics centres in the Persian Gulf, is the result of a joint venture between Erhardt Projects and Erog Holding, and will allow both companies to widen their outreach by offering a complete portfolio of highly specialised and tailor-made solutions for those customers looking to gain greater efficiency in their Industrial Supply Chains in the Middle East.

Igor Muñiz, CEO of Erhardt Projects says that “the partnership with Erog Holding, marks a historic milestone for Erog Holding, allow us to be present in a key location for project cargo logistics in the coming years, and gives us the opportunity to work together to play a relevant role in connecting the end-to-end supply chain in the project cargo sector in the region.”

“I feel very proud of the union between Erog Holding and Erhardt,” says Muñiz, adding that “a strategic partnership for project logistics, a key sector in the development of infrastructure and the economy in Saudi Arabia, which also has the support of our customers, who daily encourage to undertake new logistics challenges that add real value to their businesses.”

For his part, Mohammed Abduldayem, CEO of Erog Holding, says,“the long-term agreement with Erhardt fits our vision to act as a single source of supply to attend to the needs of the oil and gas industry in Saudi Arabia, through specialised and integrated services.”
