The western United States are getting a new industrial services major with Omega Morgan’s purchase of its compatriot Walker Brothers Machinery Moving.

According to Omega Morgan, the purchase does not only boost its offering, but will also provide Walker Brothers Machinery Moving better access to a full suite of services across Omega Morgan’s machinery moving, specialised transportation, and industrial services divisions.

Dave and Curtis Walker, co-founders of Walker Brothers Machinery Moving, began working in the industry 38 years ago. The company, headquartered in Anaheim, California, is now one of California’s largest machinery moving companies. The company’s core strength in machinery moving complements the Omega Morgan group of companies’ broad experience and expertise in industrial services.

The Omega Morgan group of companies is an expert in machinery moving and specialised transportation in the Pacific Northwest, offering crane services, heavy rigging, metrology, millwright, logistics services, and warehousing. The addition of Walker Brothers will now provide customers with vast access to industrial services not only on the West Coast, but across the country, Canada, and the globe.

“We are delighted to incorporate Walker Brothers into the Omega Morgan team,” said Omega Morgan CEO, Dick Ferchak. “They have a reputation for delivering quality work with integrity and are a ‘can do’ type of company. Our values align perfectly, and we look forward to working together.”

Founders Dave and Curtis Walker will remain at Walker Brothers to continue spearheading the company culture and vision they have established, under the Walker Brothers brand name.

“Walker Brothers has a robust brand in California,” Ferchak stated. “They have an excellent reputation, and we intend to provide additional resources and support to continue this growth.”
