The partnership between Aker Solutions, K2 Project Forwarding and Meriaura has hit a major milestone with the contract for the transportation of offshore modules. Under the agreement, Meriaura’s open deck carriers will transport steel modules destined for Aker Solutions in Norway, over the next two years. 

Aker Solutions has entrusted Meriaura to execute multiple shipments originating from various Baltic Sea ports throughout 2024 to 2026.

“We have previously executed several projects for K2 Project Forwarding and Aker Solutions, and we are pleased to be entrusted once again as a provider of such demanding heavy cargo transports,” says Beppe Rosin, CEO of Meriaura. “These shipments align seamlessly with our transport profile and cargo flows, and this contract significantly contributes to optimizing our operations in our main market area.”
