Wilson welcomes Liverpool to fleet

Wilson Ship Management has taken over several vessels this year, which include overhauling the ships, and installing new technology on board. Most recently, the Wilson Liverpool has joined their fleet.

The Wilson Liverpool recently finished dry-docking and ballast treatment system installation. Satellite communication system, computers, safety system and software for streamlining all operations onboard and on shore, were also installed, following its purchase by Wilson Ship Management’s General Director Thorbjørn Dalsøren.

The Wilson Liverpool is a general cargo ship built in 2011, which sails under the flag of Barbados. With a length of 90 metres and a beam of 13 metres, the ship has a deadweight tonnage (DWT) of 3,758 metric tonnes and a gross tonnage of 2,589 metric tonnes. It is currently sailing from the Netherlands to Spain.
