Project Cargo Journal Live: Few more days for registration

Project Cargo Journal Live: Today is the day!

Few more days to register!

The year 2022, although not over yet, has been quite eventful for the heavy lift, breakbulk and project cargo industry. The Project Cargo Journal Live show will look into the developments that marked the year, and discuss a number of different topics with a selection of esteemed guests, and you can still register for free and follow along live later today.

Starting at 12:00 CET on Thursday, December 15, we will hear a review of the MPP market developments throughout the year  presented by Yorck Niclas Prehm, head of research at Toepfer Transport and a dedicated multipurpose and heavylift shipping enthusiast/optimist. Prehm will not only give us an overview of the market in 2022 but also an insight into what could be expected in 2023.

The show will also look into the capabilities of the Dutch shipyards to bring more MPP newbuilds into the market and whether localising shipbuilding could help European carriers avoid complications should any geopolitical issues disrupt newbuild MPP deliveries from China. Cor Hoogendoorn, director Holland Shipyards Group will join us in the studio to share his thoughts.

Stefan Welch, a seasoned freight-forwarder with a career spanning over 30 years, and current head of specialized transport at deugro, will join us towards the end of the show to discuss developments in project logistics in 2022, with a focus on rail transport and the United States. He will be accompanied by Marc Willim, experienced chartering manager, and the current global general manager chartering at AAL Shipping to bring us a carrier’s perspective on the market.

There are only a few more hours for you to register for free and join the discussion.
