Work never stops for the fleet of the Jumbo-SAL-Alliance with MV Regine being the next in line for an impressive job. The vessel loaded four jack-up legs in Singapore.

Legs each weigh an astounding 606 metric tons and measure 78 meters in length with a diameter of 3.75 meters. JSA is pleased to report that MV Regine is now en route to the Lindoe Terminal in Odense, Denmark, where these legs will be utilized for important industrial purposes.

The alliance has been quite busy recently, with expansion and operations in the German North Sea.

It is worth reminding that SAL Heavy Lift has brought pioneering reinforcement to its fleet by chartering two modern semi-submersible deck carriers Zhong Ren 121 and Zhong Ren 122 on a long-term basis together with its partner Shanghai Salvage (China).

Both ships will be delivered in Shanghai between December 2023 and February 2024 and marketed through the Jumbo-SAL-Alliance.

MV Lone was busy at Ørsted’s offshore wind farms, Gode Wind 3 and Borkum Riffgrund 3 for Jan De Nul, installing secondary steel.

In mid-July 2023, the alliance completed the vessel mobilization for MV Lone, kicking off the execution phase. In Emden MV Lone was equipped with her Fly-Jib, additional living quarters, and client-provided project equipment.
