Dry bulk shipping company Drydel Shipping has expanded its fleet of over 60 vessels with a new addition. The company has taken delivery of its latest charter-in vessel, the MV Twin Delight, in Imabari, Japan.

MV Twin Delight is a 40,000 dwt Imabari N/B vessel, owned by Soki Kisen and chartered in from Drydel Shipping for a minimum of three years. The vessel embarked on its maiden voyage shortly after the naming ceremony had been completed.

In February this year, Medway Shipping, changed its name to Drudel Shipping, in a rebranding move aimed at setting the company apart in the marketplace and avoiding any confusion due to a number of similar company names.

Drudel Shipping controls a fleet of over 60 vessels, carrying more than 10 million tons of bulk cargo. The fleet is comprised of Kamsarmax, Panamax, Supramax, and Handysize vessels, providing shipping services across the dry bulk markets.
