Asphalt plant heads to Oman
Bolloré Logistics team in Germany recently faced the challenge of moving an asphalt plant in a very short time frame for a major construction company in Oman. In addition to a short time frame, the company faced oversized units that had to be loaded in Italy and Turkey, before being delivered to the project site.
During this operation, the Bolloré Logistics Energy X Project Germany Team worked alongside the Italian team to oversee the transport route, provide technical solutions, and conduct on-site feasibility studies, the company said.
Nadja Herzer, a member of the Energy x Projects German team said, “We would like to thank the Italian team for contributing their efforts and expertise that made this project so successful. Thanks to the coordination and technical knowledge of both teams, the transportation of the Asphalt Plant was carried out successfully!”
The delivery of the asphalt plant ended up as a showcase of Bolloré Logistics’ expertise and experience in the energy and projects sector. The company noted its extensive network of experts enabled the development of a customised solution for the customer.
