Sarens and Moir Crane join forces in Canada

Sarens has teamed up with Moir Crane in Canada, a small crane and transport company with 15 to 20 cranes of up to 200 tons. The partnership will give Sarens a geographical advantage in the region while Moir Crane will expand their local knowledge with the size and expertise of a global industry leader, the Belgian crane giant states.

Moir Crane is a family-owned company based in Windsor, Ontario, which is about three hours from the nearest Sarens branch in the province. Sarens says the partnership is key to opening up new opportunities in the region, including at one of the largest construction projects happening in the next five years. Moir Crane will be canvassing the clients of this large project with the combined strength of both their and Sarens’ equipment and work to secure opportunities emerging in this area.

“Ontario is currently the fastest-growing province with numerous infrastructure and construction projects,” explains Lee Rowe, Sarens Country Manager in Canada. “The Sarens and Moir collaboration will allow both companies to provide the best available equipment coupled with the best local service for all our clients.”

“Together, Sarens and Moir will provide boom trucks, rough terrains, all terrains, and crawlers up to 1.250 tonnes as well as transport, SPMTs, and hiking systems,” Rowe adds. “We will cover the furthest southwest Ontario corridor from Windsor to London, Ontario.”

Sarens says it has a long history of collaborating with partners across the globe to capture business opportunities and better serve clients in those regions.
