Dutch trailer manufacturer Broshuis will resume production at its factories per June 2nd. The Dutch government is relaxing its lockdown restrictions and allows more industries to resume work as long as they are able to introduce precautionary measures. 

“The Kampen region was a severely affected area and we did not want to take any unnecessary risks. We are working hard to make the factory safe and there’s now enough personal protective equipment for when the 1.5 metre distance cannot be maintained”, says Pieter-Bas Broshuis.

According to the company, most international suppliers have restarted their production in recent days as well and the materials are now sparsely being delivered again. Broshuis expects to be able to ramp up its production to almost full speed.
