Red Wolf Global expands in north of Vietnam

PRESS RELEASE – Thai breakbulk and project logistics provider Red Wolf Global (RWG) has expanded its presence in Vietnam, opening a second office in the country located in Hanoi. The new office will manage RWG’s activities in the northern part of the country. 

The company has hired Hoàng Minh Thang as Business Development Executive – North Vietnam. He will be responsible for the business development and managing Red Wolf Global’s business in the northern part of the country, specifically from the city Hue up to the border with China. This includes the Hanoi metropolitan area the port of Haiphong.

Thang has experience in the region and has a logistics background, most recently working in the maritime industry with East Sea Shipping Services in Hanoi. Prior to that, he worked in the freight forwarding industry, also stationed in Hanoi, for the United States company OIA Global and the Hong Kong-based company On Time Worldwide Logistics.

Previously all of Red Wolf Global’s northern Vietnam business was handled from Ho Chi Minh City in the southern part of the nation. “We are excited about the opportunities this affords Red Wolf Global to develop our service offerings in Vietnam”, said Jan Frank, Red Wolf Global Country Director for Vietnam. “Mr.Thang is the right person to be successful in this position. He is knowledgeable in the northern Vietnam market and has all the contacts there to make it.”
