Kerry Project Logistics Group (KPL), a Hong Kong-headquartered project logistics provider, has appointed Fabio Belli as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, effective May 13, 2024.

Belli brings nearly 30 years of experience in management, engineering, construction, and logistics to KPL. He will spearhead the development of a new business unit focused on Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management (EPCM) activities. This unit aims to create an integrated approach for the energy market, combining sustainable construction practices with robust engineering solutions.

“Fabio’s expertise, especially in the engineering of offshore infrastructures and more complex logistics applications, shall bring our company a valuable contribution to achieving the ambitious targets we have planned in our strategic development plan,” said Marco Oriolo, President and CEO of Kerry Project Logistics.

Belli’s career has seen him hold executive positions in engineering and construction firms specializing in onshore and offshore infrastructure, fabrication of packaging machinery and plants, and more recently, logistics, heavy haulage, and lifting. Notably, he has worked for internationally recognized companies known for their innovative approaches.

Beyond his corporate experience, Belli has served on the boards of various companies. He currently holds the position of President of ESTA, the European association for crane and transport technology, headquartered in Leiden, Netherlands.

KPL’s appointment of Belli underscores the company’s commitment to expanding its service offerings and fostering sustainable practices within the energy sector.
