The ESL Shipping subsidiary, Norra Skeppningsgruppen (NSG), is the second Swedish ship agency acquired by GAC Group this year. The transfer was completed 1 December 2022.

GAC Sweden specialises in ship agency and freight forwarding services, with a particular focus on the energy sector. The acquisition will further support GAC Sweden’s range of ship agency, logistics and marine services for all kinds of vessels, from cruise liners and FPSOs to ro-ro vehicle carriers. NSG staff will transfer to GAC Sweden.
