Fracht Group Poland delivered four generator stators from a factory in Wroclaw, Poland, to Termini in Sicily and Montalto Di Castro in the Viterbo province.

The cargo was transported by Fracht Group in two lots, divided into four large-size loads with dimensions of 680 x 395 x 425 cm and a weight of 137 tons each, aboard the vessel Symphony Sun. This chartered general cargo vessel was built in 2016 and sails under the Dutch flag. With a length of 122.5 metres and a beam of 17 metres, it has a gross tonnage of 6,749 tonnes.

Upon arrival in Italy, the cargo was placed on a properly configured road trailer, before travelling along a planned route. This route included 38 bridges over 45 kilometres, from the port to the delivery site in Montalto Di Castro. The project thus took many weeks to prepare and was implemented in coordination with Fracht Group members in Basel and Genoa.
